FAQs
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Doylestown Pennsylvania and will typically work with teams up to an hour away (PA, NJ). For clubs with multiple age groups, ideally we are looking for 1 location 1 outing where possible.
How do you photograph events?
As these are casual (non-intrusive) portraits, we will look to coordinate with you ahead of time on types of photos that work best so that the team members are comfortable - which always helps them open up and let their natural personalities shine through. We do not do traditional team pictures that come in a package. And we do not want to interfere with coaching or during important points of a game!
But will you do traditional team pictures?
We honestly avoid this for two reasons: 1) most clubs have a contract for this, and 2) we specialize in cost-effective casual portraits that kids want to share because they have fun taking them. For traditional team pictures, we suggest candcphotostudios.com
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (depending on game times). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also buy prints right from this site.
How many pictures will we receive?
See the PACKAGES tab for details - but note, you will receive the best photos of the group, fully edited (not a bunch of pictures you wouldn't bother printing). The package costs are for taking & editing the photos. If you would like prints (which is completely optional) you can buy prints right from your gallery.
Can I have prints made?
Prints are not included (so that you don't pay for what you don't want!). But of course you can take the images to any shop for printing, or just order a print directly from gallery using the BUY PHOTO option.
How does the shop option work?
Just like a Shutterfly, you can use the print shop option on this site to have prints made to your liking and mailed directly to you. The service is provided by a mix of brand name photography printing services (we are not a print shop ourselves, we connect you to them).
What printing services are connected?
Orders are fulfilled by a mix of WHCC, Millers, and MPIX depending on the item and distance (MPIX is the most common). All of these sites specialize in photographic printing services.
What payment types do you accept?
For prints, we currently only accept Paypal through the store.
